PROJECT: The Polaris snomobile site was being migrated from an old outdated CMS so while migration was going to happen we decided to update the site as well. Main focus for the first phase of the redesign/migration experience was to create a mobile first site and to rethink a more intuitive navigation experience.
RESULTS: Site was launched with a mobile first design and the navigation/menu experience became the new gold standard for most of the Polaris sites. The intuitive UX design saw an increase of time spent on pages that mattered as well as eliminated unnecessary clicks to get users where they wanted to be.
