PROJECT: HealthPartners offers offers an interactive experience for consumers that allows users to choose the which HealthPartners insurance plan that their employers offer is the best solution for them. The old experience was had visually outdated as well as needed experience and infrastructure updates.
RESULTS: Adoption and use of the experience increased. Satisfaction from the users increased and the HealthPartners sales team found it easier to use therefor they were more willing to show the tool to prospective clients.
