PROJECT: Betty Crocker launched its mobile app a couple years prior but this was a new effort to give the app a face lift and also to add content to the app. The Meal Finder was a new way to tell the app ingredients that you have and then the app would recommend recipes that you could cook with what you have.
RESULTS: The Betty Crocker app was named Apple’s App of the day and was also in the top 25 downloaded apps for the month the app was updated and re-released.
