PROJECT: With COVID-19 limiting store experiences, Curbside Pickup was escalated as a shopping experience for the enterprise. We needed to create an application that would be able to let employees know that there was a person waiting in the parking lot, they would have the capabilities to find products in the warehouse and be at the customer’s vehicle in a timely manner where they can close out the customer’s order without losing money from unclosed out orders
RESULTS: Curbside rollout happened right before the Holiday 2021 push to all store managed devices as well as available for employees to download to their personal devices with great success. There was significant reduction is lost revenue because employees were closing out orders in timely fashion
